To celebrate and showcase newly refurbished country venues within the De Vere portfolio, incorporating a ‘bringing the outdoors in’ theme, focusing on the beauty of the gardens surrounding the new properties.

Smart Live seamlessly planned and delivered immersive theming, bespoke food and beverage design, and stunning entertainment and production. Our remit included transforming rooms with woodland dressing and providing entertainment such as a headdress making station, a bird cage acrobat, live bands and liquid nitrogen ice cream. Smart Live also created an edible allotment station featuring an array of flavours from fresh herbs through to fun flavours such as coca-cola.
