Danone Waters Conference
A 2 day event providing breakout sessions and key conference talks incorporating the theme of sustainability.
Smart Live worked with Danone to source, design and coordinate pre-event communications, venues, transport, hotels and entertainment.
Global Disability Summit
A two-day conference held in support of the global effort to advance disability inclusion in some of the world's poorest countries.
Smart Live supported this multi-faceted event that saw 2,000 guests fly in from all corners of the globe. The team provided end-to-end project management, including the creation of a multi-room layout, helping to plan and coordinate an action-packed agenda, and designing event solutions that considered persons with varying types and levels of disabilities.
